Recommended transition approach…


The 2 week free trial is fully functional (and live if you want).

We offer 3x1hr (at your pace) Setup Training lessons with the free trial.

(Ideally) Plan for 1st Setup/Training Thursday, 2nd Friday … with go live following Monday.

This approach is recommended because memory of what you’ve learned is fresh and ready to use, but if you want to go slower, that is also fine.

Steps:

  • Based on the high-level Plan below …
    • Choose your best upcoming Weekend/Monday Go Live opportunity

 

  • Contact Bookings Essential
    1. Advise you are interested in “live” 2 week free trial.
    2. Ideally give 2 weeks notice to avoid schedule conflicts

 

  • 1st Setup Training (75mins):
    1. Business Details (ABN, Bank Details, Taxes, etc)
    2. Locations (Rooms, Outside areas, Online, etc)
    3. Session Types (Class Size, Durations, Casual Pricing)
    4. Session Packages (5 Packs, 10 Packs, Memberships)
    5. Merchant Sign up (Its free with no charges – Stripe)
    6. Email Connection to your Email
      1. Emails are sent as you
      2. Ideally with GMail or Google Workspace but others are also fine.
    7. Setup your regular weekly schedule or availability.
    8. Import your Client List (Firstname, Lastname, Phone, Email)

 

  • 2nd Setup Training (45 Mins):
    1. Enter Regular Clients into their regular spots
    2. Allocate clients their current packs with current count.
    3. Login as a client
      1. Make Booking/Cancellation
      2. Make Payment
    4. Load Instructor Web App.

 

  • You are then ready to Go Live
    • Once you do, start marking off attendance

 

  • 3rd training session (60 Mins) after Go-Live:
    1. Cover any issues
    2. Work through a few client booking exceptions
    3. Go over Client Invoices
    4. Go over Refund possibilities
    5. Review Reports
    6. Review the Help Menu
