SendGrid Linked Delivery Results

You can now link your SendGrid.com account to your Bookings Essential account to track the delivery of emails.

After doing this the sendgrid results will appear in “Client-Email” and “Reports-Email Summary”

To do this follow the instructions below:

1. Login to you app.sendgrid.com account
2. Go to Settings-Mail Settings – As per Image Below…
3. Select Email Notification
   1. Set it to On
   2. Enter the HTTP POST URL to:
      1. https://online2.bookingsessential.com/OAuthBE/webhook.aspx
   3. Select the recommend actions in screenshot
      1. Selecting Processed is not necessary
4. Save the settings

Sendgrid will update Bookings Essential about 3-5 Minutes after every email is sent from the Bookings Essential System.
