Restricting Clients Booking Ahead

Sometimes you may want to restrict client from booking too far ahead.

To set this up:

1. Go to “Settings-Session Types”.
2. Click “Edit” for the session type you want to restrict booking ahead on
   1. Unfortunately at this stage there is no way to do them all in one go
   2. In our example below it is the “Advanced” session type
3. Enter the time period in “Online Bookings Open”
   1. This sets the time that bookings are allowed to be booked ahead of time.
4. Check “Update Schedule From” to update all existing sessions in the schedule
5. Choose a start date for this change to start in the schedule.
   1. The default is today
6. Click the “Update Session Type Details” button.
